Welcome

Thank you for considering my services! Below, you'll find details about my pricing and an overview of how I approach photography to showcase your Airbnb. My goal is to create stunning, story-driven images that highlight your space and captivate potential guests.
When I shoot an Airbnb, I just used the lighting from the windows and some time I use interior lighting. I take three shots at three different light readings and merge them in photoshop this is called HDR photography. This is how I get the proper light for the images. I shoot around 200 images this will get a round 60 images. From there you can pick out the number of images you would like edited and I will start editing them.
When it comes to editing image, I can do a quick edit for a more advanced edit depending on what you want to spend. To make it cheaper you can pick out three to four hero shots and have them edited heavily did a quick edit on the rest of them. I can remove stuff out of the image also make golden Hr. time shot out of some images. Sometimes in late afternoon early evening time images I can make then in tonight time star shots. If the sky is washed out on the outdoor images, I can replace the sky.
Once you pick out the image you want. I will finish editing them and e-mail them to you via wetransfer.com. If there is something you would like changed. You will get 3 corrections on any image that I gave you.
I charge 350 a day for an 8-hour day. This includes the photoshoot and the editing after the shoot. The quickest part of this project is the photo shoot.
I like to do my photo shoots in the morning hour or in the late afternoon evening time. I shy away from shooting in the direct sunlight in the afternoon do to how washed out the image can become. Also, something else to think about for a photo shoot is your location, you might take in consideration time of year. Late spring can offer lots of flowers out bloom or fall with all its colors. Thinking about the time of year can add a lot of pop to your outdoor images. This can add some very sharp eye-catching color to one of your five hero shots
If you are looking for nighttime shots of your place and the night sky around your place. This also can be set up and makes for some beautiful images.
When doing a photo shoot something you think about is you are trying to tell a story. With the images in a short amount of time. Doing this if you set the place up prior to it will speed the process. Examples are in the
When it comes to a photo shoot, the key is to tell a compelling story about your space in just a few images. Great photos grab attention quickly, so preparation is essential to ensure the shoot runs smoothly and effectively.
By setting up your space ahead of time, you can speed up the process and help create images that truly resonate with potential guests. Examples of setup ideas and inspiration can be found in the following sections, ensuring we capture your Airbnb at its very best.
Let’s work together to create visuals that tell your story and make your listing stand out!
kitchen layout: Some pots and pans for the stove, having your coffee station set up this entails being able to read the flavors of coffee and tea in the image. A cutting board with a red pepper and some other vegetables laid out and a sharp knife on the counter.
Kitchen bar: Bowl of fruit a coffee mug, book, or a book laid beside it is quick and simple.
Gift basket: If you are going to doing a gift basket lay it out for display in the photo shoot
Dinner table: have it fully staged for dinner having a bottle of wine and a vase of flowers adds a very colorful pop to this image.
Workstation: if there is an area that can be used for remote work station set in up with a laptop. If possible, here’s where I would have a picture of your Internet speed this can do with a
Cell phone by you. Side notes a small computer screen with a HDMI cord inexpensive addition to your Airbnb and a way to add value
Living room / game room: having extra thrown blankets and throw pillows to move around the room for the shots can be very useful. Also having books, magazines, and plants to move around the room add color to your images. These do not have to stay there just bring them for the day and take them away. Here is where you can lay out any games you have in the Airbnb on the coffee table or dining room table. Also, if there is a coffee table or side tables with a Cheese and cracker platter with a glass of wine is a nice touch. You are going to use beer only glass bottles.
Fireplace: If you have a fireplace having a box with fire wood in it an axe laid up against the box beside the stove makes for a nice shot. If there is a glass front to the fireplace. Starting the fire and darkening the room much as possible makes for a nice shot.
Bedroom: The big thing about is having the sheets as smooth as possible and pillow covers to. Wriggles show up bad in the images. Also here is where a throw pillows, books, magazines, plants, also an easel mirror. This can be moved around from one bedroom to the next as needed.
Bathroom: having all the towels laid out and whatever else is provided laid out as ready to go. Also make sure the toilet seat is down
Deck and BBQ: For the deck, have it cleaned up, and if there are tables and chairs, how the surface is wiped down. If it is possible, prior to the shoot, having the deck and chairs and table pressure washed can help a lot. The props here that can be used are a vase with flowers, books, magazines, a cheese and cracker plate, and a bottle of wine with glasses or beer (bottle). When shooting images of a BBQ. I prefer staging it for the images. It can be hamburgers, hot dogs, or a steak; also, roasting red peppers gives it more color. Here again is a glass of wine or a bottle of beer on the side.
Outdoor fire pit: if it’s a daytime shot have it laid out in the fire pit and some firewood on the side with an axe laying up against it for a prop. For shooting the fire pit I like to shoot it at dusk.
Outdoor landscape: Have gravel pathways at your airport. Prior to shooting that area watering them down can’t bring out a lot of color in. This also can apply to rocks in your landscape. Also, some paper patios this can bring a lot of color out in them too depending on the payment you have. Especially if your pavers have been in direct sunlight for a while
